How We Can Help You
We provide one-on-one consultations to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dietary and nutritional problems. Our goal is to help you improve your health, prevent complications, and feel your best.
We offer support for various conditions, including:
- Managing malnutrition and weight concerns
- Support for those with home enteral (tube) feeding needs
- Guidance for gastrointestinal conditions
- Nutritional deficiencies or excess
Your appointment can be held:
- Via telephone or video
- Face-to-face in one of our local clinics
- As a home visit (domiciliary) if required
Who is This Service For?
Our service is available to individuals who are:
· Aged 18 years or over
· Registered with a GP in the Surrey Downs area
Referral Exclusions:
Please note, this service is not suitable for patients whose primary need is related to eating disorders, certain mental health conditions, or bariatric surgery. Patients under 18 should be referred to children's services.
