Community Assess & Support Days

Community Assess & Support Days

Our Community Assess and Support Days are local, one-stop events designed to make health and wellbeing services more accessible to local people.

Held in the heart of the community, in various Surrey Downs venues, the day offers convenient appointments for podiatry, musculoskeletal (MSK) care, and diabetes support, and community care and wellbeing partners, all into one welcoming space.

Alongside clinical services*, the event brings together a wide range of community partners who showcase the support, resources, and activities available to help residents live healthier, happier lives. From wellbeing advice to social support and lifestyle services, it’s a chance to discover what’s on offer locally and connect with people in a relaxed, friendly setting.

Whether you're looking for direct care, information, or inspiration, the Community Assess and Support Day is here to empower you to take charge of your health and wellbeing.

There is no need to book, just come along on the day — everyone is welcome.

*MSK, Podiatry and Diabetes appointments are by invitation only

CASD Partners

Community Partners

We’re lucky to have a broadd range of services and support organisations within Surrey Downs who aim to offer support and advice to stay well, remain independent and receive support when needed most. At each CASD event, we host a Community Support Zone where various partners come along and showcase what they can offer you and your family – from charities to health checks, from community groups to practical advice and support such as employment, financial or care matters.
