Communities of Engagement

We want everything we do across Surrey Downs Health and Care to be built upon our key commitment to co-design and co-production:

• with everyone who is part of Surrey Downs Health and Care
• with people who use our services
• with our local communities

We have many examples of where this is already working well but to do more we need everyone’s support to:

• Volunteer to be part of our Communities of Engagement and be part of our planning and design at all levels; ensuring everyone’s voice is heard and valued
• Helping us find local people who would like to become a lay partner either within their local Primary Care Network (PCN) or across Surrey Downs.
